Qld BDM birth record 2950/1870 (birth name recorded as Fanny but both the birth record of her sister Clara ROBINS (NSW BDM 7881/1873) and the death record of her mother Mary Anne ROBINS nee BAILEY (NSW BDM 4799/1878) refer to her as Frances. The informant in both cases was her father Edwin William ROBINS.
Her birth record states her father was born in LAUNCESTON Tasmania
